USE: On all coats to add extra volume, especially prior to cutting.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply the mousse liberally to wet or dry coat, focusing on the areas where you wish to add volume. Then blow dry with hot air and style with a brush or slicker.
EFFECT: Gives extra volume to the coat.
