How to Order Prebook Products
Holiday Prebook orders must be placed separately from your everyday orders. Prebook orders cannot be combined with other prebook events, non-prebook items, or other discounts.
Step 2
How to Place Your Order
When you've finished your cart, please ensure you only have items from the Winter/Holiday prebook added. At checkout, you'll select "Invoice" as your payment option. If you pay by card today, your items will not be shipped until they arrive.
Step 3
When to Pay
When your prebook items come into stock, we will send you an invoice for your order placed. Once that invoice is paid, we will immediately pack and ship your order!
If your prebook items are already in stock and you’d like them sooner, please include them in your everyday standard orders.
